***There is NO time component to this WOD!!! Last done at CFS on 3/3/12!!! Take as much rest as you need and try to get as many reps as you can for each exercise and each round.
***Score is total number of reps after 5 rounds. Remember…you are trying to get as close to your bodyweight as you can on the bench press!!!
