Is this not the funniest thing you have ever seen???!!! Keep an open mind though…there is a bit of foul language!!!

SWOD:

Back Squat

3 x 5 (add 5lbs to last workout)

Bench Press

3 x 5 (add 2.5lbs to last workout)

WOD:

For time:
15-ft. rope climbs, 10 ascents
100-meter walking lunge
50 dips
100-meter walking lunge
10 muscle-ups
