7/7/14 “NEW CHILDCARE POLICY…see below” & A Must Read Yoga ARTICLE!!!

***THIS IS WHAT WE DO NOT WANT OUR CHILDCARE ROOM TO LOOK LIKE!!!*** Please read the following regarding CFS’s new babysitting policy: THERE HAVE BEEN DOORS TAKEN OFF HINGES, WRITING ON THE WALLS AND EQUIPMENT, BROKEN STROLLER AND TOYS, ETC!!!! We want to be able to keep the family environment intact at the gym!! It is such a wonderful part of our community….but we must also take care of our box!!!

  • Parent Letter will go out to all families who bring their kiddos to the box
  • Parents will need to sign in AND sign out each child
  • Parents will need to check the room for anything left behind or any garbage left behind
  • Any child under the age of 8 MUST be under the supervision of the babysitter

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING!!!!

SWOD:

Front Squat

5 x 3 (add 5lbs to last workout)

WOD:

Muscle clean 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Power clean 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Clean 5-5-5-5-5 reps
