5 Reps (add 10lbs to last workout)

WOD:

30 Snatch (135/95)

***Scale accordingly….this workout needs to be done with good technique but also fast…make sure you pick a weight which appropriate for you to be able to execute both!!!

***Don’t forget about the LAKE WOD this Saturday at Don and Christina’s!!!! 9am at Lake Tulloch!!
