***Form is the focus for these Overhead squats!!! DO NOT use a weight which compromises your form!! Bar needs to stay over the heels during the entire descent into the squat….depth should be below parallel…shoulders should be active with arms full extended. If you are not able to maintain these performance principles, then GO LIGHTER!!! There is nothing wrong with DOING IT RIGHT!!!
