***Don’t forget YOGA @ 10:15 am on Saturdays!!  This is an excellent compliment to your CrossFit training.  Let your mind focus and your muscles actively recover after your 9 am WOD.  Also offered on Wednesday mornings at 0800 hrs.  Come let instructor Kim Brodie, lead you through movements that are guaranteed to assist your mobility!!  Cost is $5 for CFS members and SRMC employees!!  Non members are also welcome!!
