3 x 5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)

Bench Press

3 x 5 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)

WOD:

For time:
155-lb. snatches, 21 reps (115lbs for women) Masters (115/75)
Rest 3 minutes
155-lb. snatches, 15 reps
Rest 3 minutes
155-lb. snatches, 9 reps

  1. It would be better to sign up to donate…but you can certainly come and WOD…and I am sure you could donate to the sight anytime!!!
