HEY ALL YOU CROSSFIT SONORA LADIES!!!! IT IS SUMMERTIME AND WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT, WE SUCCUMB TO STYLE, TRENDS AND FUNCTIONALITY!!! THOSE DARN SOCKS ARE BECOMING A THING…SO WHY NOT EMBRACE IT!!! LETS SEE WHO CAN COME UP WITH SOME GREAT PICS OF SOME COOL SOCKS???!!!! (Please send any photos you have to allison.autrey@crossfit.com) 

FYI…..GUYS…YOU ARE NOT EXCLUDED FROM THIS CAMPAIGN!! WEAR THOSE SOCKS LOUD AND PROUD!!! THEY SERVE A GREAT FUNCTION!!!

Power Clean

WOD:

BEAR COMPLEX

What is a BEAR COMPLEX? It is…..

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press (then down to a touch and go to start the next power clean)

***You will complete 5 rounds of 7 bear complexes per round. You will start with a weight which is light and manageable for you...the goal is to add weight each round…you will have 2 minutes in between each round to rest and add weight to your bar.

***If this means you start out with a PVC pipe…then so be it!!! The goal is to add weight each round…so you really need to put the starting weight into consideration at the beginning of the WOD. 

***Score is total time. The clock begins when you start your first set. You will take exactly 2 minutes rest in between each set.
