What is a BEAR COMPLEX? It is…..
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press (then down to a touch and go to start the next power clean)
***You will complete 5 rounds of 7 bear complexes per round. You will start with a weight which is light and manageable for you...the goal is to add weight each round…you will have 2 minutes in between each round to rest and add weight to your bar.
***If this means you start out with a PVC pipe…then so be it!!! The goal is to add weight each round…so you really need to put the starting weight into consideration at the beginning of the WOD.
***Score is total time. The clock begins when you start your first set. You will take exactly 2 minutes rest in between each set.
