Bench Press (After the WOD)

WOD:

30 Double Unders (sub 90 singles)

400 Meter Run

Max Reps Kettle Bell Swings (1.5/1)

***You will have 4 minutes to do 30 DU’s, 400 meter run and then complete as many KB swings as you can within the allotted time.

***You will repeat this 4 times….with 2 minutes rest in between efforts

***Score is total number of KB swings for all 4 rounds
