SWOD:

Back Squat

3 x 5 (add 5lbs to last workout)

Bench Press

3 x 5 (add 2.5lbs to last workout)

***Reminder: Some of you may be getting to your plateau because we have been following the CrossFit Football program for awhile now. If you are unable to complete your sets of 5 at the heavier weight, be sure to remove 3 weeks of weight off and try to push through your plateau over the following month. (30lbs for Deadlift/15lbs for Back Squat and Shoulder Press/7.5lbs for Bench Press and Power Cleans)

WOD:

3 RFT

5 rope climbs

10 thrusters (95/65)

15 GHD situps
