Deadlift 5 Rep Max
2 rounds of the following four stations: 2 minutes per station: 1 minute rest between rounds
-goblet squat (2/1.5)
-unanchored ab mat situps
***Only one partner works at a time…you can strategize how you will break up the reps with your buddy…score is max reps performed by both partners, for both rounds
