SWOD:

Back Squat

3 x 5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)

Bench Press

3 x 5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)

WOD:

20 Minute AMRAP
10 strict handstand push-ups
20 strict pull-ups
30 jumping alternating lunges
