APRIL FOOLS!!! There is no 14.6 Ha, Ha!….Congratulations CrossFit Sonora for our most participation in the CrossFit Games Open ever!!!! I don’t know about you guys, but I know I would not have chest to bar pull-ups at this point unless it was for the Open. Tell us what you got out of participating in the Open on our comments section.

Deadlift 5 Rep Max (add 10lbs to last workout)
20 Minute AMRAP
10 strict knees-to-elbows
20 one-legged squats, alternating
30-foot handstand walk
***There will be several scaling options for today’s WOD!! If you are close to getting any of these types of exercises today will also be a great challenge!! Either way, come join the fun!!
