***Several Trainers and athletes attended the largest CrossFit event besides the CrossFit Games last Thursday, March 27th!!! It was extremely exciting to see 4000 spectators watch 5 past CrossFit Champions taking on each other..MALE and FEMALE!!!

If you were not able to see the action, please click on http://games.crossfit.com to see the show!! Remember…watching this type of competition gives us a great idea of good technique, different approaches to the workout, and a glimpse into the community we are a part of!!! It is truly wonderful!!! (In addition, there is tremendous respect for the competitive athletes who were finishing 14.5 in 8 minutes to 11 minutes.)

Let us all think about this when we do the workout ourselves….not to think about how different we are but to have the RESPECT for these athletes and KNOW what they are going thru…to an extent…because we ALL do these workouts!!! What other sport are you able to replicate what the elites are doing??? NONE!!! No where else can you watch a competition like this, go home, and then TRY IT YOURSELF!!!! We are a blessed and fortunate community!!!!
