***If you can….if you can’t….IT IS OK!! Just do the same weight as last WOD!!! We are getting close to the end of the 12 week session and there may be times where athletes have reached a thresh hold. If this is the case for you, maybe back off 5 pounds from the last workout and then try to push through that weight next week!! Does that make sense?

**Choose one movement and do one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute, four reps the fourth minute and so on. You are finished when you have completed all the reps you can in one minute.
**If you are doing the Open, check with your trainer on what a good exercise may be for this workout. You should choose the movement and the weight carefully as to not break down your body too much before Friday’s WOD!!!
**If you are not doing the Open, you can still check with your trainer to pick a good movement for this workout!!!
