Hey I am in St. thomas for a little while. My wife and I are members of the CF 540 box in Arkansas and i always love to check out other boxes when i travel. I love all the CF family Would it be alright if i stopped by for a workout. I also have a local here that we have told about CF and she may be interested in coming for a session as well. thanks
