Am a member of South Tahoe Crossfit. I need to get the sectional wod 11.5 verified this week or weekend and am in this area. Are you set up to validate and do you have this workout scheduled for sometime this week. If so, what would the fee be?

We will be doing WOD 11.5 this Saturday 4/23 but unfortunately we are not set up to validate:( You may try the other affiliate in our town CrossFit SSFC (Sonora Sport and Fitness) to see if they would be able to validate your WOD. Or I’d be happy to set up your video camera and hit “record” for ya! Let us know if we can assist you!
